Cancellations or reservation changes made a minimum of 24 hours in advance allows our team the opportunity to accomodate other guests and will be greatly appreciated. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to 50% of the service fee.
No-show reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the originally booked appointment.
Future appointments may require full payment at the time of the next booking.
Prices on our website are a guide only. Exact prices cannot be given via phone, email, or socials, and are only confirmed in salon upon consultation with your selected stylist.
Online or in store bookings are subject to change.
Please ensure all details are accurate when booking so we are able to contact you if required.
We understand it is not always possible to get to your scheduled appointment, we are however a small business so we do ask if you could provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or adjust your appointment.
If you are running late for your appointment please be aware that we reserve the right to alter your service based on the remaining time available or reschedule completely. We do our best to accomodate the client by reducing the service, or rescheduling for later in the day if it is possible. If the appointment is impossible to accomodate on the original day, we will reschedule for another day.
Appointment alterations requested by the client requiring more time will be accommodated if the stylist’s availability allows. Requests for an upgraded appointment may be denied due to scheduling and timing at the discretion of the stylist.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your service, please communicate it to us via email (meliorahairlounge@outlook.com) within 10 days and we will be happy to offer a ‘redo’ service to address any concerns. If a ‘redo’ service is refused by the client, a refund is not guaranteed and is up to the discretion of management.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person.
Gift Vouchers can be used towards any product or service without exception.
Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for Cash.
If there is any credit remaining after redemption of the Gift Voucher, it can be used towards future services or products until the credit balance reaches zero. Any balance remaining after the expiry date is forfeit.
Risk of loss of the Gift Voucher passes to the recipient upon delivery/transmission to the recipient.
