If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice, this gives us the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client.
Following a late cancellation or missed appointment, full payment may be required when making a future booking.

The prices displayed on our website are a guide and may vary depending on your hair length, thickness, condition, product requirements and the time involved.
You stylist will discuss your hair goals and confirm your individual service pricing during your in-salon consultation.

We welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns and, where appropriate, arrange an adjustment to your service.

A Meliora gift voucher is a thoughtful way to share a little everyday luxury.
Gift vouchers may be redeemed towards any service or professional haircare product available at Meliora Hair Lounge.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
Any remaining balance may be used towards future purchases until the voucher expires or the balance reaches zero.
Voucher expiry and other conditions are subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a service where reasonably necessary, including for safety, inappropriate behaviour or circumstances that prevent us from delivering a suitable service, in accordance with applicable law.
