Reminder messages are sent out 48 hours before appointment time. Cancellations will be taken up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. 

If appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the service, all cancellations will be charged 50% of scheduled appointment amount. 

All late cancellations or no show appointments will require a pre-payment of 50% of your service to secure your next visit to Meliora Hair Lounge.
